January 25th - February 1st, 2025 // Medical, Dental, Vision, and Social Outreach Trip - Cartagena, Colombia

Trip Package: $2575*

Description: This one-week trip focuses on providing medical, dental, and vision care to those who are underserved. Medical professionals, as well as support staff, are needed for this trip. Our team physicians can invest their skills in a variety of ways: Providing medical services in our clinics, and training local medical and nursing students who participate as volunteers in the clinics and are often given opportunities to lecture in local Medical Schools.

The trip package includes: Roundtrip airfare from Indianapolis** to Cartagena, Holiday Inn Express Bocagrande (double occupancy) airport shuttles, buffet breakfasts, traveler’s insurance, tips (excluding hotel maid service/optional), in-country transportation, and project and administrative fees.

Registration Deadline: Your registration will be confirmed with the following documents submitted online: (1) Mission Trip Application (2) Waiver of Liability and (3) Non-refundable deposit of $850. Registration deadline: October 25, 2024// Balance due: November 25, 2024.

March 22nd - 29th, 2025 // Medical, Dental, Vision, and Social Outreach Trip - San Salvador, El Salvador

Trip Package: $2575*

Description: Professionals and support staff are needed to serve in marginalized communities that are in need of medical, dental, and vision healthcare. Social outreach projects include construction, food and Bible distribution, and a field trip for children at risk.

The trip package includes: Lodging for 7 nights (double room) at Holiday Inn San Salvador, roundtrip airfare from Indianapolis** to San Salvador, airport shuttles, buffet breakfasts, four lunches during project days, traveler’s insurance, tips (excluding hotel maid service/optional), in-country transportation, and project and administrative fees.

June 14th - 21st, 2025 // Medical, Dental, Vision, and Social Outreach Trip - Guatemala City, Guatemala

Trip Package: $2575*

Description: Professionals and support staff are needed to serve in marginalized communities that are in need of medical, dental, and vision healthcare. Social outreach projects include construction, installation of water filtration systems and eco-friendly wood burning stoves in marginalized communities, and a field trip for children at risk.

The trip package includes: Lodging for 7 nights (double room) at Courtyard by Marriott Guatemala City, roundtrip airfare from Indianapolis** to Aurora International Airport, airport shuttles, buffet breakfasts, four lunches during project days, traveler’s insurance, tips (excluding hotel maid service/optional), in-country transportation, and project and administrative fees.

Bridges of Hope International cannot refund money due to cancellations beyond our control. However, we will attempt to make every effort for individuals to participate in another trip during the calendar season, if financially feasible.
